This Privacy Policy explains how AlcyoneVPN (the “Application”) and its service providers process information when you install, open, or use the Application and its VPN, advertising, support, and diagnostic features.

1. Scope and service provider

AlcyoneVPN is provided by SHARP MANAGEMENT LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Service Provider”) and developed under the developer name Amji tec. This policy applies to the Android Application and related services. It does not control the independent practices of third parties whose services you access through the VPN.

The Application is provided as a free, advertising-supported service. If you do not agree with this policy, do not use the Application and uninstall it.

2. Information we process

The exact information depends on your device, settings, consent choices, network state, features used, and current service configuration.

CategoryExamplesWhy it is processed
Device and app dataApp/package and version, operating-system version, device brand/model, language, WebView or Google Play services availability, timestamps, app foreground/background state, and screen or feature interactions.Operate the Application, maintain compatibility, diagnose faults, measure feature use, and prevent abuse.
IdentifiersA persistent app/device identifier (such as Android ID or a locally generated identifier), installation/session identifiers, VPN connection identifiers, and advertising identifiers when available.Maintain app and VPN sessions, analytics, advertising, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and frequency controls.
Network and IP dataIP address; IP-derived country, region, city, coordinates, time zone, network or ISP/organization information; network type or carrier; DNS/connectivity results; and pre-connection, VPN-exit, or advertising-path IP context.Show IP information, select or test routes, diagnose connections and advertising reachability, provide approximate regional context, and secure the service. The Application does not request precise GPS location permission.
VPN connection dataSelected node name/code, server or provider information, protocol and transport, connection status and results, error or disconnect reason, latency/quality, session duration, timestamps, and uploaded/downloaded byte counts.Establish and maintain the tunnel, display status, enforce configured time or traffic rules, troubleshoot reliability, and analyze service performance.
Advertising and consent dataAd request, load, display, click, reward, revenue and error events; consent status; privacy region; and advertising preferences available through a consent platform or device settings.Fund the free service, provide rewarded-time features, measure advertising, respect consent choices, and detect invalid activity.
Crash and diagnostic dataCrash traces, error codes, network probes, performance values, application state, and related technical context.Find and correct defects, monitor availability, and protect the service.
CommunicationsYour email address and the contents of a support request when you choose to contact us.Answer questions, provide support, and address privacy or legal requests.

Some settings, selected nodes, connection state, configuration, cached IP information, identifiers, consent state, and queued diagnostic or analytics events may be stored locally on your device. Android backup or device-transfer features may process eligible local app data when enabled by you or your device provider.

3. VPN traffic and tunnel operation

When you explicitly connect, Android VpnService creates a TUN interface and routes device network traffic through VPN or proxy infrastructure. Processing network requests is necessary to transmit them to their destinations. VPN infrastructure and technical providers may therefore process destination and routing information, connection credentials, source and exit addresses, timing, and other network metadata needed to transmit traffic, authenticate access, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, or comply with law.

A VPN changes the route of traffic; it does not guarantee complete anonymity or protection from every online risk. The Android source reviewed for this policy does not establish all practices of the native networking component or server operators, so this policy does not make an absolute “no logs” promise.

The Application measures connection and traffic byte totals for status, diagnostics, and configured limits. It is not designed to request access to your contacts, messages, photos, or precise GPS location merely because VPN permission is granted.

4. How we use information

  • Provide, authenticate, maintain, stop, and troubleshoot VPN connections.
  • Display nodes, connection state, time, transfer estimates, and exit-IP details.
  • Apply session-duration, traffic, security, and abuse-prevention rules.
  • Deliver and measure advertising, including optional rewarded advertising that may add session time.
  • Retrieve remote configuration and update feature, node, advertising, or operational settings.
  • Analyze app reliability, crashes, feature interactions, network quality, and service performance.
  • Respond to support, privacy, safety, legal, or regulatory requests.
  • Protect users, the Application, providers, and the public, and enforce the Terms of Use.

Where applicable law requires consent, we rely on consent for relevant advertising, identifier, or similar processing. Other processing may be necessary to provide a service you request, comply with law, or pursue legitimate interests such as security, reliability, fraud prevention, and product improvement, subject to applicable rights.

5. Service providers and sharing

Information may be transmitted to or processed by providers acting for us or under their own terms. Depending on configuration, these include:

  • VPN, proxy, hosting, and backend/API providers for tunnel transmission, authentication, remote configuration, telemetry, support, reliability, and abuse prevention.
  • Google Play services and Firebase, including Analytics, Crashlytics, and Remote Config, for app services, analytics, crash reporting, and configuration.
  • Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform for advertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention, consent collection, and privacy options.
  • Facebook/Meta SDK services for app events, advertising-related measurement, and advertiser-identifier processing where enabled and permitted.
  • IP and network information providers, which may include ipinfo.io, Cloudflare, ipify, icanhazip, and Amazon Check IP endpoints, for exit-IP display and network diagnostics.
  • Professional advisers, authorities, or transaction participants when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce rights, protect safety, investigate fraud, or complete a corporate transaction.

These providers may receive IP addresses and standard request metadata whenever your device contacts them. Their own notices govern processing they perform independently. We do not state that all transmitted information is aggregated or anonymous.

6. Advertising and privacy choices

AlcyoneVPN contains ads and may use app-open, native, interstitial, or rewarded formats. An ad may be offered around connection, node selection, IP-check, disconnect, or time-extension flows when enabled by configuration. Completing a rewarded ad may add session time; availability and reward outcomes are not guaranteed.

Where required, Google User Messaging Platform may display a consent form or privacy-options entry. You can use the choices presented there and your Android or Google settings to manage available advertising controls, including resetting or deleting the advertising identifier where supported. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already performed and may not disable contextual advertising or processing required for security and service delivery.

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including operating the service, resolving support requests, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance. Retention varies by category and provider. Local caches and preferences remain until replaced, cleared through Android settings, or removed when you uninstall, subject to device backup or transfer behavior. Pending analytics events may be stored locally until uploaded, expired, overwritten, or cleared.

Third-party providers apply their own retention schedules. You may ask us to delete information associated with you by using the contact below. We may need information to verify and fulfill the request, and may retain limited records where legally required or technically necessary. Because the Application may use identifiers rather than an account, we may be unable to link all data to a particular person without sufficient identifiers.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, or withdrawal of consent, and to complain to a data-protection authority. To submit a request, email us and describe the right you wish to exercise. We may verify your request and respond within the period required by law.

  • You may decline Android's VPN request; the tunnel will not start.
  • You may manage notifications in Android settings, though restricting them can affect visibility of VPN status.
  • You may use available consent or privacy options for advertising.
  • You may clear app storage or uninstall the Application to remove local data and stop future app collection.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No device, network, VPN, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep Android and the Application updated, protect your device, and continue using HTTPS and strong account security.

10. Children

AlcyoneVPN is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where local law sets a higher age for independent consent, a parent or guardian should supervise use. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. International processing

We and our providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms or other safeguards. VPN routing itself may send traffic through infrastructure in another jurisdiction.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in the Application, providers, law, or our practices. The revised policy will show a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Application or another appropriate channel where required.
